- Repl No 118 Leucodermin drops is used for management of Vitiligo or white paches on skin. Vitiligo is a skin disease that causes loss of skin colour in patches. When skin pigment cells die or unable to function, the skin loses colour whose rate and extent of color loss is unpredictable.
