It also provides relief from indigestion, flatulence and intestinal pain. Colic pain due to constipation and inflammatory conditions is also relieved using this remedy. Key Ingredients: Magnesia phosphoricum Natrum sulphuricum Calcarea phosphorica Ferrum phosphoricum Action of Biochemic medicine in SBL Bio Combination 3 Magnesia phosphoricum 3x: Cramping of muscles with radiating pains,Flatulent colic, forcing patient to bend double.
